I contact customer service who tells me that my order will be delivered within 48 hours and the next day I receive a refund for my order and now an email thanking me for my order and asking me to evaluate you. In fact, I have nothing to say about the delay but unfortunately the racket I received had a chip, a crack on the paint and I did not return the racket right away because I opened the package much later after receipt because it was a gift. If I had the possibility to make a complaint, I would do it because in addition to this small issue, I played 1 match and the grip is already worn out, so of very poor quality I have never seen that I have played tennis for 20 years and the grip does not wear out that quickly
