Hello, I ordered a racket and a protection, thanks to Corentin the sales manager who contacted me very quickly to inform me that there would be a slight delay and that if I wanted, I could be refunded. I accepted to wait and I received the racket on the new scheduled date but the protection was unfortunately forgotten hence my 4 stars.
