Quick, but I hadn't seen that there was nothing like protection for the rackets, just loose bubble wrap.
All rackets come with this factory protective bubble wrap, we add extra bubble wrap in our boxes to protect everything!

Hello Unfortunately I contacted your customer service about the availability of the adidas metalbone in 354, I was confirmed that it was available with this weight. I even specified this later in the comment of my purchase. And finally I receive a 351 gram. Disappointed.

Racket in diamond shape and not water drop (actually, rather hybrid shape). Not suitable for my level/need, as it does not correct my technical flaws, which a water drop tends to do more. Since I tried it once as a principle, non-refundable. Too bad, I will inquire better next time. However, I give 3/5 because when the shot is successful, it is deadly!

The package was marked delivered after 8 days of waiting. Except that I did not receive my package as indicated, I had to contact the post office which informed me that there was no name on the package nor house number. The package was delivered to my neighbor.

The prices are attractive and the shipping is fast, but the negative point is that if the item is too small or the opposite, we have to pay 6.90 for the return when we just want an appropriate size without being able to try it beforehand. Package arrived late, upon unpacking the plastic around the racket handle sticks and you have to damage the grip to remove it. Moreover, at the first game, the racket makes a strange noise during hits... Nevertheless, customer service is reachable and attentive to various remarks.

We regret this error. Unfortunately, we cannot take back rackets that have already been used for hygiene reasons.

I ordered a Siux Electra ST2 racket, the delivery time is ultra-fast, less than 48 hours. I have had time to try it since, and I am more than satisfied, the sensations are immediate from the first ball, it is perfectly adapted to my style. However, the grip needed to be changed as soon as I removed the plastic, and this is an issue that had already been raised by another customer. A grip would be welcome in the package given the price of the racket.
