I had a problem with a racket (nothing to do with Esprit padel shop), I activated the warranty, in 5 days I had a new racket, where other sites would have taken 3 months!! I commend the hyper responsive after-sales service!! My first message sent on Monday at 10 PM, the response by Tuesday at 10 AM (impressive!!) and the following messages, the same responsiveness!!
