I ordered 2 items: a pair of very good quality Bullpadel shoes, and a Siux racket. The racket was well packaged but it must have been left in the heat for a long time in a warehouse or outside because the protective plastic on the handle was stuck to it. When removing it, it tore part of the grip off the handle. It's not a big deal because I always put an overgrip on my handles. However, more annoyingly: a small piece of I don't know what is floating inside the body of the racket. So it's quite annoying when I handle the racket. Otherwise, delivery in 48 hours flat.

So far I am happy with my racket. However, I ordered an Esprit Padel T-shirt, I received an S while I am an XL. I plan to go on a diet. A bad rating for their partner Chronopost (I paid a few euros to have my racket the next day): Chronopost claimed that I was not there at the time of delivery, while I spent an hour waiting for the reception. Result: delivery the next day. I regret my few euros wasted! Reporting the issue to Esprit Padel who did not bother to respond to me. Well, all this is not serious but a little consideration would not hurt (Chronopost insinuation
No response from Esprit Padel to my report).

Hello, The shipment was quick but the package arrived damaged because the cardboard was thin with just tape. Fortunately, the racket was not damaged.

Hello, I received my Varlion padel racket, however, it arrived with the paint on the frame damaged at the top of the racket.
Delivery delay, package scheduled for 07/05 via Chronopost and received on 13/05.
Always received the packages on time, they respond to emails (rare things) and they are doing well on social media with explanatory videos. Moreover, the possibility to compare rackets on their site is really a huge asset.
Delay too long for my taste, racket ordered on the site on May 1st and received at a collection point on May 10th, which is 10 days later..

Disappointed the plastic of the racket handle is melted on the grip. Okay racket on clearance cheap but I had to change the grip.
The racket is superb, lightweight, and easy to play with. However, I paid a tax for it to be delivered next to my house and I had to manage to pick it up from a collection point that was not the one indicated. It's not normal.
The racket is good to say. At the price, delivery is normally free.

I am very disappointed the grip was torn off and the racket has defects for me a drop of resin on it scratch on the side after very pleasant to play but I ordered once and it will be the only one. Have a good holiday.
