Hello. Very responsive after-sales service. However, the transport leaves much to be desired. Delivery request to the Post Office next to my house, managed by Chronopost. For 4 days in a row, I was told that the delivery site was unavailable. They therefore left the package at a pick-up point 15km from my home (in my countryside, of course).
Sorry that you are disappointed... Please note that we are not responsible for the delivery, it all depends on the chosen delivery service and any delivery issues do not depend on us.
