I ordered from Esprit Padel with express delivery, but due to the weekend of July 14th, the shipment was a bit delayed. I contacted customer service, who responded quickly, with a real sense of listening and professionalism. Rather than returning the items (balls and overgrip), which I will use soon, I preferred to keep them. And without me really asking, they refunded my shipping costs as a goodwill gesture.
