On your site you say you send an e-mail to the customer to validate the order, which included an image. However, I never received anything and the order was validated directly. Misleading advertising? An oversight? That doesn't sound very serious! Fortunately, the product was delivered as ordered.

Regarding Europaband, 20/20. On the other hand, your carrier prefers to slip a notice under the doorbell rather than slip the tiny parcel into my letterbox! Which would also have been much quicker. But that's what UPC is known for.

As a regular Europaband customer, I am extremely disappointed with my latest order. The instructions were not followed, despite Guillaume's confirmation that they had been taken into account. No sign of life for 48 hours, no answer on the phone... Where is the customer service? In short, only order from europaband if your deadlines are far away. Otherwise, go to your local printer!
