This review concerns the CARRIER! After receiving a delivery message while WE WERE AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, we check our mailbox: NOTHING! We call to find out where our package is: over 23 EUROS IN PHONE CHARGES (THANK YOU!!!) and we still don't know more... After several days, a neighbor (same house number as us but DIFFERENT STREET and DIFFERENT NAME) brings us our package, luckily he didn't keep it!!! For a package that was supposed to be handed over in person WITH CODE, UNACCEPTABLE!!! Moreover, the carrier had our mobile number (certainly eager to finish his route to go home), it's so much easier to put the package in another mailbox, the customers just have to figure out how to retrieve it. But these same customers also work and have other things to do!

Order arrived with defects, I suggested to reorder by paying but simply with a discount which was refused by saying that everything was compliant.

Very happy with the product received (wooden keychains), delivery times in accordance with what we requested.

Hello, The deadline was not respected. We received the wrong package. Not much tracking. No compensation offered.

A bug told me that my order was not placed. I received an email from EUROABAND saying payment error. So I placed an order again. 3 hours later I received a new email from EUROABAND telling me that the first order was actually placed so they charged me for both orders. I sent the screenshots to EUROABAND to explain. They still printed both orders pretending not to see the email. They do not want to issue a refund. Also, the second order was cheaper because I did not take the BAT option. But on my bank statement, it appears that they charged me the same price even though the order and the invoice are cheaper, outrageous.

Product conforms to what was requested even though a good number of badge holders were not properly finished. Precise and punctual in delivery times and methods.

Prices have doubled since last year

The logo is not centered and printed at the bottom of the bracelet, it doesn't look professional

Indicated in several places that I wanted the numbered bracelets from 1 to 300 and you haven't done it.

Product conforms, good quality. Delivery on time. I take away one star because we did not receive a proof, nor information about the delivery departure. But fortunately, the result meets our expectations.

The product was fine! However, I had to wait about five weeks in total. I would have wished that they would inform me about the delay; I had to inquire myself after a few weeks....

My order was not the simplest, with a somewhat complicated ordering process and serious operational issues. BUT beyond the excellent quality of the products (which really positively impressed my clients), I would especially like to highlight the great responsiveness and the ability of Europaband to find solutions in the face of uncertainties. I recommend Europaband and will order from them again.

The deadline is not announced. Despite several exchanges with customer service, no date has been provided, more than a month and a half of waiting for lanyards, delivery the day before the event jeopardized its proper preparation. No commercial gesture has been proposed.

Tokens do not match the photo of the quote and refuse to take my complaint into account and offer me a 10% discount while I was asking for the reprinting of the tokens because the print is illegible

Before starting the production of my order, it would have been helpful to inform me that the design requested in the quote was not feasible. Instead of paying for nothing in the end. You are losing customers because as a member of my student office, I will not recommend you for the following years.

Fast shipping

Because I ordered one material and another came. When we received the invoice, the material was the same. But later when we received it, it wasn't. I made the complaint afterwards, but it was left at that. Thank you

The order was fine, the material correct, but the shipping was disastrous with UPS never again.

Beautiful bracelet but delivery time to receive had to get angry with Chronopost for them to deliver on the day of the event. While Europaband had told me that I would receive my package the day before. Really disappointed

4 -6 weeks after payment, I had to inquire when the order would be processed. I had immediately sent a PSF with the transfer details. In response, I received a standard text in English... thank you for providing the proof of payment. As soon as the amount is received, we will ship the goods. I then informed them again that the payment had already been x weeks ago. After that, I received no response, only a notification about the successful shipment. Customer service is different!

Fast order and product faithful to the order, however the package was torn along the entire length, the delivery person having quickly dropped it in the hallway without me seeing it...

Not delivered what was ordered!

I put a QR code in the design, due to the poor quality of the print it could not be read.

Total failure to meet the deadline. Chaotic delivery of a product different from the order. Very poor communication.

The product was faulty, and they did not respond when I mentioned it.

An error was made on the proof while my order was correct, I had to place a second express order with very high shipping costs without any commercial gesture.
