At the time I am writing, I still have not received my order.. I am quite worried I absolutely need them for Thursday, July 10 without fail!

I received an order, the product invoice is of quality but my requests regarding the manufacturing were not read nor my request for a proof. Everything is generalized. Too bad I invested €180 in a product that does not meet my expectations.

Delivery postponed several times, material arrived 48h late.

Fast delivery and package in line with expectations.

The order was not processed within the initially planned deadlines. Fortunately, the customer service was very responsive and sent the order which was received just before the deadline.

We had placed an order, it was incorrect without compensation or commercial gesture, we will not order again. 2 stars for the delivery times.

Fast shipping. However, the pouch is not waterproof and therefore some bracelets are stained.

The attachments of the bracelets are a problem!!

I placed an order and I am disappointed with the quality of the keychains received... The result is not like the photo, it barely looks like fabric, as soon as you slightly bend the keychain, it keeps its shape and gets a crease... I don't think they will last long.... And unknowingly, they put a border on the creation that was not desired.

Color does not match the image!

Unfortunately, the ordered goods were of very poor quality, very blurry. And the customer service leaves much to be desired.

Lost order, several phone calls to explain the problem. In short, not great. And I haven't seen the quality of the bracelets yet.

Ordered items perfect but the delivery time was not respected, as the proof was sent 3 weeks after the order. The package therefore arrived the day after it was needed (Basketball Tournament). What a shame!

non-compliant order

long wait time, neck warmer arrived without the text and they only sent me back 50 out of 100

I am not satisfied at all.. at minute 1 I wanted to modify the order and I couldn't... no one answered me or gave me an option... they charged me and that's it

Good after-sales service

I received an order with the completely wrong bracelet color. My first order arrived with the correct bracelet color, but my second order with the same design and colors placed few months later arrived with 600 bracelets of a completely wrong color. I asked to reprint them with the correct color or send me a refund as I had an event to launch my company, but the customer support of europaband replied that is not their fault because in the comment section I did not specify the pantone. I replied that at the time of the creation of the wristband on the website, when I have to select the colour it asks me for a HEX code, not a pantone. You should be asking directly for the Pantone during the creation of the design, and not putting a note saying that is recommended to write it down in the comments. No additional replies from Europaband. I will not order again from this company, and will not recommend it to my network.
