I placed an order for two different visuals. However, the files had the same name and the printer placed the order with only one of the files for both orders. He was very reactive when I contacted him once I'd received the bracelets and noticed the error, but he sent the reprint with the wrong address. My bracelets will arrive after my event, even though I ordered them almost 2 weeks before.
Moral: send files with different names, don't be in a hurry and order well in advance.

On the plus side, ordering was quick and straightforward.
After-sales service is easy to contact. On the points to improve; The color, on the site it is stated that the colors are fluorescent when they are just bright.
The branding itself is good, but could have been slightly larger in relation to the space on the bracelet. Nevertheless, overall, we're satisfied with the quality of the bracelets and will be ordering more in the future.

Hello, Indeed, as indicated on our website, the printing area is 150x14 mm on these Tyvek bracelets. Your visual could therefore not be printed on the entire wristband.
