On your site you say you send an e-mail to the customer to validate the order, which included an image. However, I never received anything and the order was validated directly. Misleading advertising? An oversight? That doesn't sound very serious! Fortunately, the product was delivered as ordered.

As a regular Europaband customer, I am extremely disappointed with my latest order. The instructions were not followed, despite Guillaume's confirmation that they had been taken into account. No sign of life for 48 hours, no answer on the phone... Where is the customer service? In short, only order from europaband if your deadlines are far away. Otherwise, go to your local printer!

Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience. You ordered on July 1 and UPS tried to deliver on July 2 at 13h25. According to them you were not available and they dropped off your order at the nearest parcel relay as indicated by e-mail. When your order is shipped you receive an e-mail with the tracking link to check the delivery status. Sorry again if you lost a few days.
