They made a mistake in the color of the bands, after contacting them and recognizing their mistake, the solution they gave me was a small discount for the next order. When I told them that I was not satisfied with the solution they gave me, they stopped answering.

I placed an order for 200 bracelets, i.e. 20 plates of 10 and the numbers do not follow one another from the 19th to the 20th plate, judge for yourself plate n° 19 from 132281 to 132290 plate n° 20 from 833181 to 833190 . What talent...

Supplier to be avoided! The bracelets ordered in 96h express were delivered after 2 weeks and arrived after the date of the event (my wedding). I literally had to pester non-existent customer service for 2 months to get my order refunded.

Unprofessional! Would not recommend! No consideration for the customer. To be avoided! I placed my order 13 days in advance to be sure to receive everything for my event. Unfortunately, it still wasn't ready on D-1. And according to their after-sales service, I should have ordered even earlier... when the selling point on the site is rapid delivery (3/5 days max...) and the customer is blamed, it's a real lack of consideration. I have requested a refund since my event has passed. Ah, if someone had offered to pick up my order in Orleans in the middle of the week when I'm working in Paris. A bit complicated to imagine, especially when you're paying full price... So avoid it!

Fast and efficient, too bad the font isn't respected.

A disreputable company that refuses to take responsibility for its mistakes and lack of product information.

I contacted the customer service to have confirmation of the processing time of my future order I had confirmation of the ability to meet the deadlines announced, I paid a supplement in order to have the delivery before 13h. I received the delivery 5 days late.... Thanks to the so-called fast processing guaranteed in 24h... I sent an email to customer service to inform them... Never got a reply.

From my cell phone, it's not so easy to place an order with a billing address different from the delivery address. In the end, I put everything in the name of the delivery address, even though I was the one who paid and another person was delivered.

Delivery by UPS which leaves no notice of passage and which sends you by mail a dead link which informs you therefore nothing! The event having passed in the meantime, we lost our money, so we found something more serious and cheaper!

Good value for money, but the customization options are not respected.

I couldn't find a way to add a logo to the text on the bracelet. Very fast!

Delivered to a relay point without any notification, even though the package was to be delivered to the billing address.

A FEW scares about the delivery time. But the order arrived on time; communication is complicated. I sent an email as recommended by the operator, but it was never processed. So no addition on my bracelets as requested.

The bracelet is nice, but the color doesn't exactly match the one on the website.

the site is too basic, you can't see the preview of a personalized product and you only see the result once you've received the bracelets. it's a shame because the product is good.

Out of time 10 days after the event - Difficulty with commercial gesture and file follow-up - I would not recommend to neighbouring associations.

My first order was cancelled without refund. My second order arrived after the deadline.

I was supposed to be delivered in 2 to 4 days, but after a week I called (fortunately) to be told that my order would be delayed. In short, I was delivered after 2 weeks!

not enough product description, especially about how to close the bracelets; I chose the reusable ring by default;

Navigation is user-friendly, but when accessing the configurator, the cursor doesn't go to the text zone, and you try to click on the little square that indicates the text zone, when this isn't possible.

Average, fortunately the delivery error was quickly rectified.

An efficient and practical site

The bracelets (400) are splendid... Unfortunately, they don't come in the right size... Adult size instead of child size. This stops us in our tracks, and it's a real shame, because they're splendid!

I was not informed of the delivery at the relay point and then, after contacting europaband, when I wanted to collect my parcel, the relay did not think they had it... contact europaband again, return to the relay to finally discover bracelets that are not what we expected. Disappointed.

There is a date announced when ordering, and I received it a week later ... this order was for an event, so I'm not satisfied at all.

After discussing the design of the bracelet by email with one of the Europaband specialists and concluding which exact design was going to be used for the bracelet, I received my order of bracelets, which had been produced without having taken into account at all the design concluded during the email exchange. I don't recommend this under any circumstances if you have any clarifications to add by email. Very disappointed.

Order received the day after the event, although the express delivery charges were exorbitant. 50 euros wasted, I'll never use Europaband again.

On a previous order, I was very satisfied with the product, so I confidently recommended it, which is called loyalty. However, the bracelets don't have a counterfoil, and this is not indicated on the explanatory leaflet. What's more, the numbering doesn't follow. This is very annoying for my association's accounting department. I called the after-sales service and was simply told that it's like that, that you've changed supplier and that's it...I wouldn't recommend you any more... I'm very disappointed.
