Unfortunately, it still wasn't ready on D-1. And according to their after-sales service, I should have ordered even earlier... when the selling point on the site is rapid delivery (3/5 days max...) and the customer is blamed, it's a real lack of consideration. I have requested a refund since my event has passed. Ah, if someone had offered to pick up my order in Orleans in the middle of the week when I'm working in Paris. A bit complicated to imagine, especially when you're paying full price... So avoid it!
