Delivery was made on time, but not without difficulty... Several calls and reminders were necessary to get to the point... quantity errors in the quotations, late replies or no reply at all on deadlines. I'm not sure we'll be buying bracelets and tokens from you again in two years' time.

Hello, Very disappointed with the after-sales service following a spelling error on their part, my proof was correctly done. No offer of a refund was made, except for a 30% discount on a future order. I did not accept this offer, knowing that the error did not come from my proof. I requested a full refund, which was refused. Sincerely

Hello, I am very disappointed with the quality of the chokers (stitching, product quality, texture,...) and the customer service with a big delay on my order and a more than average response to my complaint. I placed an order for two different visuals. However, the files had the same name and the printer placed the order with only one of the files for both orders. He was very reactive when I contacted him once I'd received the bracelets and noticed the error, but he sent the reprint with the wrong address. My bracelets will arrive after my event, even though I ordered them almost 2 weeks before.
Moral: send files with different names, don't be in a hurry and order well in advance.
