One of the colors was out of stock and shipping was delayed. I received the bracelets the same morning from my salon. Luckily, my husband was at home and not at the Salon. He was able to bring them to me in the morning. I still had to buy some wool and cut out bits to attach to visitors' wrists at the opening.

The order arrived earlier than expected. On the whole I'm satisfied, except when I opened the parcel, a tyvek bracelet (1 sheet) was stuck to the inside of the UPS envelope. Result: 1 damaged bracelet. Too bad there was no protective pouch.

I work in events and they are the worst quality fabric wristbands I know of. The service is non-existent they do not answer emails or calls. Don't waste your money and don't jeopardize the quality of your event.

Fast service.
The parcel relay is perfect except for UPS, which has to invest in equipment at their expense (100€) to recover only 30 ct per parcel, i.e. 334 parcels to recover their stake!

Non-respect of the proof - customer service telling me it doesn't matter (we all know how important logo colors are on event bracelets!). Impossible to get a correct production or a refund. 200euros in express delivery lost... I don't recommend it!

I give 4/5, the only downside is the price of delivery. Admittedly, it's 1 fast delivery, so we don't have the choice of choosing 1 more traditional delivery, which would cost twice as much. As for the rest, bravo, top tracking and customer service. I highly recommend this site.
