I don't understand why I paid 5€ for the check? You just send a PDF file. Instead of printing a product and saying: This is what your product will look like when we go into series production. Other than that, I didn't find any defects. The company responds quickly and is friendly.

I received the bracelets quickly, and it's great! However, the quality leaves something to be desired. The colors don't come out as I'd requested, which is a shame. However, given the very affordable price, I expected this, which justifies my 3-star rating. Had the price been higher, I'd probably have given it 2 stars.

Before placing an order, I was assured that it would arrive in time for the event. As it turns out, they arrived 4 days after the event. Not only that, but the bracelets were not what I ordered. On top of that, I receive no response from customer service even though I call and write to them. Disappointed.

I paid for an express delivery service (calling ahead and making sure it was so I was paying almost double for the order) and it arrived when I no longer needed it 5 days after the agreed day. They have not solved anything (I ask for compensation for the difference of the extra cost).

The quality of the bracelets was good, and the customer service was very attentive. Overall a good experience, I must admit that the wristbands came out redder than on the proof and some batches suffered from the printer's offset (the logo was sometimes off-center).

Hello, Very disappointed with the after-sales service following a spelling error on their part, my proof was correctly done. No offer of a refund was made, except for a 30% discount on a future order. I did not accept this offer, knowing that the error did not come from my proof.
