The quality of the product is good, but when ordering, it said that the order would be delivered in 15/20 days, and it took much longer. When the shipment arrived, we were not given any kind of notice to pick it up at the collection point, as we were not found at home on the day of delivery.

Dear Mari Pau, Thank you for your comment, Your order is from 09/26/19 payment by wire transfer, we received the wire transfer on Saturday 09/28/19.
We were able to start manufacturing the order on Monday 30/09/19. We finished manufacturing on 10/15/19.You tried to deliver the package on 10/16/19 that is 13 days after the start of production.Normally UPS sends a mail to let you know that they could not deliver and they drop it off at the access point closest to your address.Unfortunately, it is a point that we cannot verify and we need to improve it.We are sorry for the inconvenience, Best regards

I ordered some personalized wristbands, they arrived wrong and when I asked for a solution, I did get an answer, but they still arrived wrong. I would not order from this company again.

The shipment arrived correctly in time and condition. I received a phone call to notify me of arrival in a timely manner. The product was deposited in a safe place for collection, the collection was done properly. But I got a big surprise in the amount, when I found that the product was worth 4.60 € and the shipping costs were 8.50 €. This is more than double the value of the product. It seems to me something abusive.
