Product conforms to expectations.
The only downside is that when the delivery is made by Ups, the driver doesn't really try to understand if his GPS indicates a T instead of a D. He doesn't even stop!

I tried to contact them for several days and had no response. In the end I placed the order and it took very little time to arrive. Overall the experience is good but it is true that I think they should be more aware of the chat or disable it if they are not going to use it. I recommend the site 100%. The quality-price of the bracelets is good and the order arrived quickly.

Delivery time of one week far too long, especially for an order paid for in advance. The service is not commensurate with the cost of advance payment. The alternative of payment via Paypal is not possible either, as Europaband charges the customer the fees they are contractually obliged to bear.
