I am still waiting for the invoice WITHOUT VAT. The product itself is fine, but I have never received the invoice without VAT.

Dear Alejandro, Thank you for your comment, we did not send the invoice without VAT because you agreed to pay for it in exchange for additional products equivalent to the value of the VAT charged, so obviously we could not send you an invoice that was different from what you paid.
