Fitted with an Akrapovic system, the supplied sleeve does not fit my vehicle. No return is possible unless I pay €20 in return shipping fees (I had to buy another sleeve at my own expense, plus pay shipping) + €20 in return fees for the sleeve that doesn't fit..

Order shipped on July 1; it is now July 8 and I still haven't received anything... The worst part is that I haven't had any updates about this order.... TNT isn't responding to my requests for information, and Ragazzon just refers me to them, saying, "Don't worry, your order has been shipped"

Your parcel was indeed shipped 24 hours after you placed your order, and we have contacted TNT several times to provide you with detailed tracking information. It is difficult to know what the carrier does with a parcel once it has been handed over to them. However, your parcel was delivered on 09/07 at 12:24.

You ordered an intermediate pipe for a BMW Z4. This pipe does not remove the vehicle's catalytic converter, and it does not have any lambda sensors... So there is no chance that the engine warning light is related to installing the intermediate pipe, as explained during your phone consultation. Have a nice day.

My order arrived a month and a half after it was paid for. The exhaust system is not the right size; the tips do not match my diffuser, so I ordered a new one hoping it would fit. The intermediate pipe is not the right size to reach the flex pipe, so we had to cut up an old exhaust system to add it... I am really disappointed in every respect!

I am sorry that you had to wait so long to receive your order, even though you were aware that the lead time would be a little longer than usual because the factory was closed for the year-end holidays.
Regarding the tips that do not match your diffuser, you ordered a rear muffler for a standard bumper, not the rear muffler with reference 50.0847.05 for the M140i diffuser.

We did, however, take the necessary steps over the phone to explain what was required for your vehicle.

Hello, delivery from Italy was very efficient, in 48 hours. On receipt, I was disappointed, given the prices, to see the intermediate pipe 55.0193 in 2 parts and the silencer 50.0513.61 in 5 parts. All this for packaging purposes for shipping, at the expense of smooth exhaust gas flow. After this purchase, I was thinking of ordering the front pipe 55.0192.00, but I'm no longer sure, unless Ragazzon is kind enough to make a goodwill gesture. This is the first time I've seen an intermediate pipe cut into 2 pieces and a silencer cut into 5.

Like all exhausts or exhaust systems, they are delivered as kits with everything needed for installation. This is completely normal, so that the outlets and the position of the exhaust under the vehicle can be adjusted.
It is impossible to deliver a 2-meter intermediate pipe in one piece or an exhaust system that is fully welded; otherwise, it would be impossible to adjust it under the vehicle.
