Excellent product. The muffler installs without any problems and has a beautiful sound, although I think it could use a little more volume. Other than that, the service and product are top-notch.

The product is of very good quality, and I was very satisfied with the after-sales service. The team is welcoming, attentive, and always answers customers' questions. I placed my order at the end of July, not realizing that the factory that makes the muffler would be closed for the summer holidays. As a result, shipping was delayed, and I only received it at the end of August, whereas delivery is usually much faster. However, the owner of Echappements Ragazzon was very understanding and even offered me a goodwill gesture to make up for the month-long wait. I highly recommend this website and its products, which are more competitively priced than those of the competition.

Hello, I placed an order with them and their customer service has no faults (thanks, Alex), who has helped and supported me from the initial research right through to installation. Very professional. I received the parts I ordered in very good packaging, too. Delivery took over a month because of the busy season, public holidays, etc. The team nevertheless kindly apologized by sending me a goodwill gesture. At first glance, the quality seems pretty good; I'll have to see how it goes during installation.
