Package arrived on time. The condition of the product box was not the best, but nothing that ruined the product.

Response from Extreme Tennis
Hello Jesse,
Thank you very much for your trust and for your feedback. We understand your disappointment and would like to clarify a few points. You had indicated your preference at the time of ordering and our team selected, within the limits of our available stock, the frame closest to the official specifications of the brand. Unfortunately, this model had very few pieces in stock and, despite all our attention, it can happen that the difference remains noticeable.
We know how much these details matter for your playing sensations and we thank you for your understanding. For your next purchase, do not hesitate to renew your request: with a larger stock, we will be able to target even more precisely the characteristics that suit you.
Thank you again for your trust, we remain at your disposal to advise and support you as best as we can.
Sportingly,
The Extreme Tennis Team

Order of a racket with stringing, the stringing was not done. I would not recommend this site.

In general, everything is great, good prices, but I don't understand why the delivery is so long, this is not the first time I've ordered from this site and the parcel takes more than a week

Delivery with long times and miserable packaging to use a euphemism, product conforms to the description, but the stringing is not satisfactory for my standards, the strings arrived with a tension lower than that requested in the order, blame the stringer or the packaging that subjected the strings to shocks, temperature and humidity fluctuations, I cannot say. I don't know if I would buy again definitely not without the guarantee of different packaging and faster delivery times.

I did not have a "shopping experience", I simply ordered a product online! We need to get back to reality! I was delivered without prior warning, in fact I authorized the carrier by phone to drop off the package at my home. Serge

Hello,
Thank you for your positive feedback on the speed and seriousness of our service. We sincerely apologize for the error regarding the logo on the stringing. The stringer went a bit too fast and unfortunately confused the blue of the Ultra with that of the Ezone.
We are sincerely sorry for this confusion, and we will ensure to be more rigorous in the future to avoid this type of error.
Thank you again for your trust.

The shoes are beautiful but there is no way that the indicated house number is not mentioned multiple times in the registration. I had to go crazy looking for a courier number. Then, after my email, you forwarded everything to GLS but this should not happen.

Completely unusable string from the first hit. As soon as I received my racket, I noticed that the string was coming apart way too easily, but I thought it was normal. Then when I got on the court, it was impossible to play with the racket because the string was so loose. I had to apply immense force just to get over the service boxes. It's incomprehensible.

4 stars because the package arrived with a half-broken box, but they were shoes so there was no damage to the product. It is definitely more the courier's responsibility. This is the first time I purchase from this site and I am satisfied.
