I am satisfied with the responsiveness and speed of shipping, although I only give 4 stars because I received my racket in a poorly quality box, which was obviously damaged during transport and nearly damaged the racket. I don't find it normal that a racket is not better protected, with a thicker box or spacers to prevent the box from being crushed or torn...
