shoes squished one on top of the other without stuffing inside to keep the shape! the box was poorly closed as if it had been reopened!! apart from that, shoes meet my expectations, we'll see over time!!

Hello, order shipped the same day, and delivery supposed to be the next day but no news the next day. Whether it's UPS, Chronopost or others, it's a nightmare. We are promised a delivery in 24h, we make arrangements to receive the package but in the end without telling us anything the delivery is scheduled for the next day. Otherwise the site is great but the delivery providers are terrible.

Fast and professional service. 5 stars! Too bad that shipping for Croatia is not free of charge for orders higher than 75-100EUR. As it is with some competitors. 1 star!

Hello sir,
We are sorry if the delivery time was not respected. You ordered on Thursday around 7 PM, the package was shipped the next day as agreed and the tracking indicates delivery in the mailbox on Wednesday, September 7. You should have been delivered on Monday but indeed the tracking indicates: An error occurred in the delivery of your package. We are doing everything possible to get it back on track.
Sorry for this incident beyond your control and which does not reflect the quality of our services. Have a good day and thank you for your understanding.
