We are sorry if the delivery time was not respected. You ordered on Thursday around 7 PM, the package was shipped the next day as agreed and the tracking indicates delivery in the mailbox on Wednesday, September 7. You should have been delivered on Monday but indeed the tracking indicates: An error occurred in the delivery of your package. We are doing everything possible to get it back on track.

The product is very good but the plastic spool that was not packaged in a small box exploded during transport. The string is operational but it catches on the damaged support during unrolling.
