I ordered a professional ball launcher from the site extreme-tennis (MSV PLAYTEC V160). Following a delivery error from the German manufacturer, I contacted the extreme-tennis site and was able to exchange with a competent and very responsive representative (Bertrand). In the end, I received the correct model and compensation for the initial error. It's in this type of situation that you appreciate having bought from a French site: in addition to the language, the support and quality of service really make a difference. For a purchase with complete confidence, I will now make it my reference site for my tennis purchases, both for the price and for the seriousness and time given to customer relations. Bonus, if a product happens to be more expensive with them than with the competition, they match the price. What more could you ask for? Thank you.

I ordered a racket but I didn't know which size to choose or what stringing, a bit technical all that! So I called customer service and got answers to all my questions, a super friendly welcome, the person took the time to measure the handles of the rackets they had in stock so I could compare with my old racket. They even printed the skull design that was on the original photo on the stringing. Top service! My racket is great and it was delivered two days after I placed the order. I highly recommend this site.

You ordered on Thursday around 7 PM, the package was shipped the next day as agreed and the tracking indicates delivery in the mailbox on Wednesday, September 7. You should have been delivered on Monday but indeed the tracking indicates: An error occurred in the delivery of your package. We are doing everything possible to get it back on track.
