Order received quickly and in good condition. However, I paid to have the logo, it is just painted randomly and not in the right color. Really unprofessional

Aside from a problem with the racket handle (the protective plastic melted on the grip during delivery, which meant I had to change the grip) everything was top-notch, both for the racket and for the delivery time.

The order went well but the racket is at the limits of tolerance, 295g instead of 290g. It’s not the store's fault but since I asked to string the racket I can't change it. For non-exchangeable items, there should perhaps be a minimum weight check...

Very satisfied! ...Especially with the advice over the phone! The site is top-notch! Just a small complaint, the cardboard used for packaging my racket seems too thin...I received it punctured on both sides!! So, a lot of stress upon opening!

Hello, Very satisfied with my experience on the site and the exchanges. However, I want to point out that the quality control of the rackets (head in this case) is unacceptable. I will go have the SW tested, but wanting to sell a high-end product with a racket that is 9 grams heavier than the indicated specs (309 vs 300) is indecent and misleading for the customer because with such discrepancies, playability has nothing to do with it.

Response from Extreme Tennis
Hello sir and thank you for your feedback. While we are delighted with your positive experience on our site and its associated services, we are sorry to see such a weight discrepancy on your frame. Please note that depending on the brands, we can observe a tolerance margin of 2 to 5% compared to the announced specs in terms of weight and balance. If you require specific specs for your racket, do not hesitate to specify this at the time of ordering. Depending on our stocks, we can adapt the frame sent. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience caused. Best regards, Bertrand - E Commerce Manager Extreme Tennis / Extreme Padel
