I received what I ordered (racket strung by them) but I had given them details about the stringing in the comment of my order. I wanted to get the string packet back. I didn't get it, I don't know why. Well, I have a small idea but they could have told me. I didn't find that correct.

I have placed several orders with them, it has always gone well, however I sent an email and did not receive a response regarding an order to know the string tension, so trust me

Very reasonable price
Only downside, I bought it strung but it turned out to be unplayable.. I had to restring it after the first use (so lost 15€)
