The order went well but the racket is at the limits of tolerance, 295g instead of 290g. It’s not the store's fault but since I asked to string the racket I can't change it. For non-exchangeable items, there should perhaps be a minimum weight check...

As every time with Extreme Tennis, I am very satisfied with my order. They are the best in responsiveness: racket ordered on Wednesday morning and arrived on Friday. Thank you again and see you next time.

Delivery in 3 days of my well-protected and prepared order as requested. Good promo too :-) Small suggestion: After clicking on 'I trust you' for the tension of the racket, it would be practical for the tension chosen by the preparer to be noted on the delivery paper.

Website discovered by chance and well, I do not regret the choice, quality, and good prices. Very fast delivery. Small downside, they do not provide the carrying case when buying a racket.

Response from Extreme Tennis Published on 08/12/2023

Hello sir and thank you for your very positive feedback. Indeed, brands very rarely offer covers with rackets anymore. We would have been happy to provide it for you. Thank you anyway for your trust and for taking the time to share your satisfaction with us. Best regards, Bertrand
