Nothing to complain about the speed of shipping or the care taken with the package, both excellent. However, the racket string only lasted an hour before it 'detached' from the frame, which will force me to have it repaired already.

The order was complete and it was very well unrolled even though it was written that delivery was possible on Saturday and Sunday and ultimately not. And otherwise, customer service never replied to me.
