Order of a racket with stringing, the stringing was not done. I would not recommend this site.

In general, everything is great, good prices, but I don't understand why the delivery is so long, this is not the first time I've ordered from this site and the parcel takes more than a week

Nothing complicated to do for the first purchase. We will wait for the next deliveries to validate the 5 stars. But nothing to complain about for the first delivery

Serious and fast. Minor flaw, a logo error on the stringing.

Response from Extreme Tennis
Hello,
Thank you for your positive feedback on the speed and seriousness of our service. We sincerely apologize for the error regarding the logo on the stringing. The stringer went a bit too fast and unfortunately confused the blue of the Ultra with that of the Ezone.
We are sincerely sorry for this confusion, and we will ensure to be more rigorous in the future to avoid this type of error.
Thank you again for your trust.
Best regards,
Extreme Tennis

Hello. A bit disappointed by the marking on the strings which was done without taste. Otherwise everything else is good.

Everything is perfect except for the delivery. I requested a chrono at a relay point. It was delivered to another relay point quite far away. I couldn't get the product on time. Everything else is perfect

4 stars because the package arrived with a half-broken box, but they were shoes so there was no damage to the product. It is definitely more the courier's responsibility. This is the first time I purchase from this site and I am satisfied.

A small issue with the handle of my racket (the grip was stuck on the protective plastic), the customer service was responsive and sent me a replacement grip right away. So I'm waiting for the new grip. Otherwise, very good racket I'm happy.
