Not enough photos for the products. So it's disappointing upon receiving the product. No possibility to change because very few choices and nothing available

Response from Extreme Tennis
Hello,
We are sorry to hear that the bag does not suit you. You have the option to take the same bag in a larger size to store your balls and shoes (we saw that you regretted the lack of a pocket for storing balls and shoes). It is available here: https://www.extreme-tennis.fr/fr/sacs-de-tennis-head/19203-sac-thermobag-head-tour-l-boom-9r.html
We will cover the shipping costs for a return and exchange if you wish. I invite you to contact our support directly on the site.
Best regards,
The Extreme Tennis team.
