In general, everything is great, good prices, but I don't understand why the delivery is so long, this is not the first time I've ordered from this site and the parcel takes more than a week

Delivery with long times and miserable packaging to use a euphemism, product conforms to the description, but the stringing is not satisfactory for my standards, the strings arrived with a tension lower than that requested in the order, blame the stringer or the packaging that subjected the strings to shocks, temperature and humidity fluctuations, I cannot say. I don't know if I would buy again definitely not without the guarantee of different packaging and faster delivery times.

A small issue with the handle of my racket (the grip was stuck on the protective plastic), the customer service was responsive and sent me a replacement grip right away. So I'm waiting for the new grip. Otherwise, very good racket I'm happy.
