I bought a Wilson Blade, with stringing and a reel. The racket was on sale so perfect. Same for the reel by the way. And I want to thank the team for the customer service because they charged me for the string -normal- but I had the impression that they had taken from the reel to string my racket. And thus the doubt of having paid for stringing for nothing. I called and on their side, having also a doubt, they sent me a string at their expense. I really appreciated the gesture. I ordered a professional ball launcher from the site extreme-tennis (MSV PLAYTEC V160). Following a delivery error from the German manufacturer, I contacted the extreme-tennis site and was able to exchange with a competent and very responsive representative (Bertrand). In the end, I received the correct model and compensation for the initial error. It's in this type of situation that you appreciate having bought from a French site: in addition to the language, the support and quality of service really make a difference. For a purchase with complete confidence, I will now make it my reference site for my tennis purchases, both for the price and for the seriousness and time given to customer relations.
