Very satisfied! ...Especially with the advice over the phone! The site is top-notch! Just a small complaint, the cardboard used for packaging my racket seems too thin...I received it punctured on both sides!! So, a lot of stress upon opening!

Hello, Very satisfied with my experience on the site and the exchanges. However, I want to point out that the quality control of the rackets (head in this case) is unacceptable. I will go have the SW tested, but wanting to sell a high-end product with a racket that is 9 grams heavier than the indicated specs (309 vs 300) is indecent and misleading for the customer because with such discrepancies, playability has nothing to do with it.

Delivery in 3 days of my well-protected and prepared order as requested. Good promo too :-) Small suggestion: After clicking on 'I trust you' for the tension of the racket, it would be practical for the tension chosen by the preparer to be noted on the delivery paper.
