Nothing to complain about the service, super professional contact and clear explanations, easily reachable,... I took away one star because I still find it super expensive, without having made a comparative quote elsewhere... Also, know that you can send your package to a nearby relay point, but unfortunately I learned this through a communication email that arrived too late because I had already blocked a DHL shipment that costs a fortune. It would be wise for this communication to arrive in advance right after the order.

Regarding the delivery method, an email is sent upon receipt of the order indicating that you can send the package via MONDIAL RELAY.
These emails are not sent automatically but by human action.
You placed your order on a Friday evening and we do not work on weekends. That’s why you received the confirmation email on Monday.

With many difficulties to place my order, the administrative service helped me very well to accomplish my order. Fast delivery with a well-packaged parcel and a small canister. My only regret is to be told that the maintenance that was done would not be guaranteed, following a very small scratch on the cylinder that could cause a leak! If there was such a risk, why was it repaired, and why wasn't I offered a replacement? Too bad.

The equipment is incredible - the SC5 cartridge provides a level of control and smoothness that I wouldn't have expected from a =Fox 36. The only downside will be customer relations and delivery times: 1 out of 3 times you won't get a reply to your email, and delivery times seem random (7 to 10 days advertised on the product sheet, whereas it took over 3 weeks for my SC5 to be shipped).
