Repair and maintenance of my perfect fork, quality customer relationship, which is very important. Appointment delay is a bit long like everywhere, but maybe in case of emergency an arrangement is possible.
Processing of my order took way too long! My modification approval was not seen internally and my order was left on standby until I called to ask where it was!! For me, these are premium products, premium prices fast suspension that should offer premium services!
