Excellent service. Super fast and very well organized. Just under a week from sending the fork to picking it up. During previous maintenance, going through the bike shop, it sometimes took several months to get the fork back. Excellent communication at every stage of the maintenance (information via email). A big thank you to the Fast Suspension team.

Nothing to complain about the service, super professional contact and clear explanations, easily reachable,... I took away one star because I still find it super expensive, without having made a comparative quote elsewhere... Also, know that you can send your package to a nearby relay point, but unfortunately I learned this through a communication email that arrived too late because I had already blocked a DHL shipment that costs a fortune. It would be wise for this communication to arrive in advance right after the order.
