I took the otter necklace, there was a small difference between the necklace received and the photo. That is to say, there is a small connection between the head and the bottom of the body of the otter, which makes the concept of "one line" not 100%. The result is not less pretty but I think we need to put contractual photos regarding what we will receive if we want to be honest.

Very beautiful bracelet that arrived in eco-friendly packaging! The only downside is that the cord bracelet was not adjustable enough for my wrist, so it was a bit too loose.. that's a shame

Top customer service: very responsive and accommodating. They offer backup/replacement solutions, are attentive and very open. Thank you very much for the bracelets returned after the first ones broke and were lost (and therefore impossible to return for a refund). However, these are not the bracelets I had initially (the ones with the chain) and I had no other choice but to receive those with the cord which are a bit cheaper and less to my aesthetic taste. Nevertheless, I end up with my 2 bracelets, and it's better than nothing!
