I haven't received the full order and when I wrote to customer service to complain and request the missing item to be shipped nobody replied even after 2 emails.
I received my order from Feret Parfumeur perfectly packaged and in perfect condition. There was even a little personalized note that touched me a lot. The hand creams and other products are of very high quality. Those to whom I gave these products for Christmas were delighted and thrilled. I highly recommend Feret Parfumeur for the quality of its products and the care taken in delivery.
