Good but as a customer for 6 years I expect to receive some small samples or gifts in the packages because with a -10% code once a year, the loyalty is thin. I find the waxes are great, I've never had any issues, in fact, I've tested plenty and I've always come back to you, but a little more effort during orders would be nice, even for a €100 order.

We completely understand your comment regarding the attentions in the packages. During your order in 2023, we had the pleasure of offering you a 800 g jar of bamboo wax.
Between this order and the one in June 2025, we had not recorded a new order. And during your last order, unfortunately, we no longer had any goodies available. Otherwise, we would have slipped one in with pleasure!
Regarding the samples, since 2024, a new regulation related to ecology requires us to send them only upon request. You just need to mention it in the box symbolized by a small just after the delivery step during your next order, and we will be happy to let you test other waxes.
Finally, please know that we are currently reworking our loyalty program. Nice surprises are coming very soon!
