I am quite disappointed because I was given a discount for my birthday on my next purchases valid until April. I wanted to use it on my last order made in March and my discount had been removed due to a change in operation. Why remove what is acquired before the expiration date?

I am sorry to hear that the Mademoiselle Jeanne peelable wax bag arrived damaged. Rest assured, if the beads have fallen into the (clean) box, you can still use them. Once heated, it poses no problem for hair removal.

Unfortunately, it can happen that some packages are a bit shaken during transport, especially if they are handled carelessly until they reach the institute. Please feel free to send us an email with a photo of the damaged package: this will allow us to report the information to the carrier and offer you an appropriate solution.
