Complete breast pump; great that there are several sizes of flanges and various intensities. Silent? Not really. Relatively easy to use. Disturbing not to see your nipple when pumping milk.

I am satisfied with my purchase. The breast pump is very practical and powerful. A small downside is that it is quite noisy.

I chose it for the storage box and the possible courses on the app. However, it's a pity that we can't separate the themes of sessions (endurance/speed etc..)

However, the high noise level, the complicated cleaning, the early defect of a motor, and the lengthy handling through customer service significantly tarnish the overall impression. Therefore, I can only recommend it with reservations. Detailed review: I have been using the milk pump for a few weeks now and have had both positive and negative experiences. The good suction strength, the pleasant size, and the easy operation of the pump are particularly noteworthy. The controls are self-explanatory and straightforward, so you quickly find your way around. Furthermore, the pump has three different modes that can be used well depending on the need. The milk extraction works reliably, and the pump sits comfortably. I also find the battery life to be good and sufficient for everyday use. The collection container is thoughtfully designed. I particularly like that hardly any milk spills when bending over. There is only a small opening at the top for air supply, while the milk is poured out through a separate, sealable opening on the side. This makes handling significantly more pleasant than with some competing products. I was less convinced by the noise level. Compared to my Medela pump, this model is noticeably louder. Fortunately, my baby is not disturbed by it, and you get used to it over time. I also find it unfortunate that the pump cannot stand on its own. Contrary to the advertising, I do not find the cleaning particularly easy. The individual components are partly designed in such a way that certain areas are difficult to reach. Especially milk pumps need to be thoroughly cleaned, which I find cumbersome in everyday life. In some places, even with a cleaning brush, it is difficult or impossible to reach properly. However, the biggest criticism concerns durability and customer service. After just two weeks of use, one of the motors was defective. Although customer service was always friendly, they initially assumed that the pump had been damaged by moisture. Even though I explained multiple times that this was not the case, I had to send the pump in for technical inspection first. As a result, I was without a functioning pump for over three weeks. Since I exclusively pump, this had a significant impact on my milk flow. Only after several emails and a longer discussion was I sent a replacement motor. In my view, this should have been sent much earlier and without the lengthy inspection process. I also found the communication regarding the warranty somewhat disappointing. The sending of the replacement motor was initially presented as a goodwill gesture, even though, in my opinion, a defect after such a short time clearly constitutes a warranty case. Until a satisfactory solution was found, several more emails were necessary. I also find the spare parts policy disappointing. I would have liked to buy just an additional collection container to only have to switch the motor between the containers in everyday life. Unfortunately, the needed parts are not offered individually. Instead, a complete spare parts set must be purchased, the price of which is almost equivalent to that of the entire pump. I find that unnecessarily expensive and not very customer-friendly. Overall, the pump has some good approaches and practical features. Due to the early defect, the long downtime, the cumbersome cleaning, and the improvable service handling, I would probably choose a different manufacturer today.

The app and instructions are great, unfortunately the device is uncomfortably large. Not usable for me.

This breast pump hurt me, I tried different sizes of nipples but it was always uncomfortable for me, which is a shame because it is very light and quiet. It is easy to assemble and disassemble and especially to wash. The return tracking was very correct but I had to pay for the recommended shipping of the package, so over 14 euros to return it. Quick and hassle-free refund.

Very good experience with Emy: fast delivery, effective product, and really responsive and pleasant customer service. The probe works very well and the application is intuitive. My only point of improvement concerns the customization of exercises. For people suffering from hypertonia or vaginismus, the programs remain quite poorly adapted, even when choosing the exercises or customizing them. Some require too much strength (even after calibration) or necessarily include speed exercises, which can be counterproductive in this type of rehabilitation. I therefore find the tool excellent for urinary leakage issues, but it would benefit from offering more specific and gentle pathways for issues related to hypertonia.

Not practical for me

Simple order and quick product reception. I have only tested it once, but it's easy.

A little more explanation regarding the different programs would be necessary. In particular, a description of the indications, especially for prolapse, is it to avoid it or to contain it?

I cannot evaluate the device itself, as I have not used it. Unfortunately, there were difficulties with the app from the very beginning.

Visually overloaded universes requiring appropriation; too heavy for a neuroatypical woman (ADHD) in postpartum. I was able to see with my midwife that the effort of concentrating on visual goals drained my focus so much that I contracted much less effectively. With her device, she then suggested something streamlined that allowed me to stay focused on contracting the perineum and not on the images.

I bought the double hands-free breast pump. I am only partially satisfied: 1. it is louder than I imagined (impossible to bring it to a meeting for example) 2. it is indeed light but bulky (it clearly does not go unnoticed) 3. the suction is extremely strong (I only use it at power level 1 in massage + expression mode). The positive points 1. it has truly boosted my production. 2. it has good battery life 3. it has a massage + expression mode that is pleasant.

Good but sometimes the probe comes out, the exercises are fun and varied.

For the moment, not enough hindsight. Recurring issues connecting the probe while Bluetooth is enabled and Emy is recognized. However, during the exercises, it does not recognize the probe. I do not despair of finding a solution.

The site and the customer service are great

The device only worked once and then I couldn't use it again. I was asked to return it, and I am waiting for a new delivery. Then I will be able to give my opinion.

I have not received the goods after 15 days

I have tried this tool 3 times so far, and I find it quite good. I had a bit of difficulty positioning the probe correctly, but the problem was quickly resolved.

Order has not arrived yet today

The app is unresponsive, you can only tap forward, the backward arrow does not work. The user manual cannot be retrieved a second time. The app is not mature.

I am disappointed because it would have also required contractions from the device as I had from a previous one a few years ago
