Hello Sylvie,

In theory, there's no need to hold or move the probe during your exercises. Covering the external white part (which contains the Bluetooth antenna) can cause signal loss.

Emy adapts to all morphologies: depending on your anatomy, the external part may protrude more or less from your vagina. If the probe comes out during contractions, you may be pushing instead of contracting. ⚠️

We advise you to persevere with your exercises. After a few sessions, your perineum will be more toned and you should notice an improvement in the way the probe is held in place.

It's also possible that you're using too much lubricant, which could explain why the Emy probe is slipping outwards.

I had to place my order several times before I was satisfied. Customer service was not very helpful. I don't know why it wasn't working. I would have liked to have had more enlightening answers, but in the end everything went back to normal and I was able to finalize my order after the 4th attempt.

No review for the product as it has not yet been installed, but on the reception side I was expecting a nice little note along with the probe. Nothing, just the probe and the instructions! I would have liked to have received a friendly wink in the packaging or in the mail.

Hello I am unable to use the probe. Having a vaginal dryness, it's impossible to try it. I went to see my midwife and she gave me an ointment to see if it works. I have to wait a few days to try again.

You can tell right away that this is a serious product, and the case is very practical. It's easy to use. In addition to the classic games, I would have liked to see the visualization exercises that the sache femme teaches us to do. I'm well aware that the probe can't measure the tone of each perineal muscle independently, but in terms of support and motivation, it would have been beneficial to have this thread running through it, which allows for a more detailed re-education.

As every woman is different, you may see results more or less quickly. Some women are already seeing improvements in their symptoms as early as three weeks of using Emy. Others may take a little longer. The important thing is that with Emy, you can progress at your own pace.

Nevertheless, if after 8 weeks of exercise you still haven't noticed any improvement in your symptoms, we recommend that you check with a healthcare professional to ensure that the exercises are being carried out correctly. <3

The probe is not sensitive enough, and its calibration leaves a lot to be desired. You mustn't contract the perineum when the probe is calibrated, otherwise the exercises become unfeasible, and you won't be able to do any of them. Compared to exercises with a physiotherapist, there's nothing to compare. With a physiotherapist, the probe is hyper-sensitive and detects all contractions as well as their intensity. With the Emy probe, this is far from being the case.

If you feel irritated or if insertion is a little painful, you can use a water-based lubricant to ease Emy's insertion. Be careful not to use silicone- or oil-based lubricants, as they may damage the probe. ⚠️

If you experience constant and/or persistent pain during use, this is not normal. We recommend that you consult a healthcare professional.
