If the probe comes out during your contractions, maybe you are pushing instead of contracting. Do not hesitate to consult a healthcare professional to check the proper execution of your contractions. We advise you to persevere in your exercises. After a few sessions, your perineum will be stronger and you should notice an improvement in the maintenance of the probe. It is also possible that you are using too much lubricant, which could explain why the Emy probe slips outward. Try using less lubricant and do not hesitate to contact me again at [email protected] if the problem persists. I will be happy to advise you.

I misplaced Emy's charging cable and ordered a new one. Everything went smoothly! I am very satisfied with the pelvic floor trainer. The app could be a bit more modern, but that doesn't bother me. I think it's great that you can recharge Emy. There are also models from other manufacturers where the battery is not rechargeable. In my opinion, that is not sustainable.
