Hello dear team of Fizimed, I would like to leave a review, but unfortunately I have not received the item! On Saturday, December 13, DPD apologized for the delay, on December 15 I received the message that the shipment is being returned to the sender, as it was supposedly undeliverable. However, the shipment was not even close to my region. I am disappointed, as I had already placed the order on November 30. What should I do now? I kindly ask you to take care of this matter and hope for a prompt response from you, or how the further process should look like. Best regards, Viola Forst

For example, I found out that Emy does not necessarily have to cost €199, as I applied for with the private insurance and assistance, but can also be €133.
