Disappointed with the probe, I thought that during the mini games (for a fee!!) it was really the fact of releasing or contracting the perineum that allowed you to play, but the game doesn't work at all on its own (so it's impossible to know if you're really working the perineum).

The probe worked for 15 days and then nothing for the moment it has gone back to SAV no news!

Satisfied with the product. On the other hand, customer service is non-existent. I had problems getting the probe to work, so I sent an e-mail to which I never received a reply.

The order went through real quick but I didn't get a receipt or anything. So I wrote to the service and they checked it - that was really nice. But delivery got delayed none the less and they only said - sorry. I had expected a bit more than that cause without complaint I would still be without product. But the product ist really great so the purchase was still worth it. :)
