She showed me diagrams and the exercises were based on visualization. I think it would be possible to adapt this type of exercise.

10 minutes is the right amount of time. I don't think the exercises are fun enough. There are different moods but the exercises are always the same. Maybe aiming at targets or following a route while accelerating and braking.
