Hello, I ordered Emy through the app while looking at documentation on my prolapse. I need to have surgery soon and I'm looking to work on my pelvic floor in addition to my physiotherapy sessions. The probe's charge does not work. It takes at least three hours to charge and discharges in a few hours even if not used. I have already sent an email for a product exchange but have received no response.
