Really practical to use, fun. I liked the starting balance sheet with the number of sessions to do per week. It's motivating. For the moment, I can't see any results with running, my main concern. I've only been using it for 10 days.

You can tell right away that this is a serious product, and the case is very practical. It's easy to use. In addition to the classic games, I would have liked to see the visualization exercises that the sache femme teaches us to do. I'm well aware that the probe can't measure the tone of each perineal muscle independently, but in terms of support and motivation, it would have been beneficial to have this thread running through it, which allows for a more detailed re-education.
